In 1981, Mrs Ngantung Rompis or more familiarly called Tante Suli opened a tavern Tinutuan (Manado porridge) in Jalan Wakeke, Manado, North Sulawesi. Stall crowded, and since then one by one resident who lives in Wakeke followed his lead.
